Project Overview
This one was for a returning customer who had their water heater fail in the basement, so we jumped in to get them back up and running as quickly as possible. We replaced the unit, handled a few smaller repairs along the way, and made sure everything was dialed in before wrapping up. It’s always a good feeling helping out someone we’ve worked with before and getting their system back on track.
Jordan took the lead on the install and was especially proud of the piping work. He made a point to solder the connections, something he’ll tell you not every plumber takes the time to do anymore. For us, those details matter. It’s about doing the job right, not just getting it done.
This job also happened to be the first round of photos with our new shirts and freshly wrapped truck, so it was a fun one all around. Same team, same quality work, just showing up with a new look.
